SwiftWater Park: Residential Estate & RV Community
Swiftwater Park Estates is a gated community of 5 exclusive residencies. The protective Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions, along with the ByLaws, and the Articles, insure that your investment retains the quality of lifestyle with the security of your investment. The architectural drawings represent the latest construction and design innovations. The intent of the Swiftwater RV Park project is the development of the 1.6 acre property into five structures. These structures are to be developed into 3 distinct phases, representing 3 separate and distinct architectural approaches with unifying themes. They will be developed with an emphasis on recreational and year round living accomodations with RV, boat and vehicle parking facilities for the guests in common. Construction Phase Objectives
The tasks during pre-development and the development phases are as follows: suitable underground utilities, such as power and water, septic systems and gray water disposal will be addressed first. The initial construction phase of will be followed with the design prints, building out the first three buildings of the "Riverfront Homes", followed by the remaining two separate achitecturally designed structures. The secondary phase will addresss the parking and RV pads and utilities. The third and last phase will address road construction (asphalt existing rock driveways), installation of a keyed entry padlock, fencing, and appropriate landscaping.
